All our shipments are traceable.

All our products are closed and sealed with envelopes, therefore if at the time of delivery they are damaged or delivered with different containers, it will be your responsibility to accept the package "with reserve".

In case of return/exchange it must be communicated to the Supplier within 3 days of receipt of the package and arrive in our warehouses within 15 days after which if the goods have not arrived in our warehouses, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
