Our policy lasts 15 days and the intention to exchange or return must be communicated to us within 3 days of receiving the package and delivered to our warehouses within 15 days of receiving the package. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Items for sale.
Only items from the current season can be refunded, unfortunately items in the outlet section or purchased with discount codes cannot be refunded as they are at reduced prices or below cost.
Replacing the head.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if there are problems with the size itself.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver had the order shipped to you to provide to you later, we will send the giver a refund and he will find out about your return.
